I mean how can you not love Nutritional Yeast-covered, fluffy Quinoa?

I use this recipe in a variety of ways, but my fav has got to be as a Meal Building base in Romaine Salads. Holy toledo the nutty cheezy Quinoa makes a salad oh so comforting. Another great option is to use this as a structure for a tasty Quinoa Bowl.

But don’t let these suggestions limit your creativity. Whip up a batch and experiment away!

  3. Pour Quinoa, Water, Veggie Bouillon, and Cumin in pot and bring to a boil.

  4. Once boiling, reduce heat to a simmer and cover with lid. Let cook for 20 minutes, leaving the lid on. Don’t peek!
