Sweet & Smokey Tahini Dressing

Holy cow, the first time I made this it blew my socks right off. Super smokey, perfectly sweet, and oh so creamy. This one’s real quick to whip up, and you don’t even need a blender!

Pour this deliciousness all over Baked Potatoes, Roasted Veggies, Roasted Squash, bowls of Quinoa, and pretty much anything else.

This dressing is the heart and soul of my Harvest Kale Salad - give it a try!


{Difficulty: Level 1} [ Makes ~ 1.5 cups Sauce ]

Ingredients

1/2 cup Tahini

1 x Lemon, juiced

2 tbsp Maple Syrup (or Agave)

1 tsp Onion Powder

1 tsp Smoked Paprika*

1/4 cup Water**

Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Measure all ingredients into small mixing bowl & whisk together until completely smooth.

  2. Try dressing, adjust seasonings as needed, and add Salt & Pepper to taste

  3. Pour on everything!

Notes

  • * Make sure to use Smoked Paprika, apparently this sauce turns out pretty gross with just the regular, Sweet Paprika.

  • ** Start with 1/4 cup Water and add more as-needed

  • Store any unused sauce in the fridge for ~ a week. Put in a squeeze bottle for quick & easy dispensing!
